01 · ABOUT
Systems, built end to end.
The pattern started early. As a kid I built a three-wheeled car by myself from the spare parts of old toys, and I’ve been designing and assembling systems end to end ever since.
Seven years supporting Azure at Microsoft, most of them on Logic Apps, have given me deep integration knowledge: how connectors, authentication, and storage behave in production, and where they break. Around that core I carry breadth across the platform, from compute and storage to the data and eventing layer, including Event Hubs, Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, and Databricks, so I can design the whole solution rather than just the workflow.

Microsoft
Sr Azure Cloud Integrations Support Engineer, Logic Apps
Promoted to Senior in 2024 · Enterprise customers, partners, and engineers
- Own escalations for enterprise customers: scope the problem, research it, pull in engineering, and drive it to a fix.
- Built cloud-based diagnostic tooling in C# and Kusto queries to detect issues in single-tenant Logic Apps.
- Built an AI-agent automation with Copilot Studio and Logic Apps for an internal escalation workflow.
- Mentored two junior engineers.
- Wrote Logic Apps tutorials for the Microsoft Community Hub, covering authentication, storage, and connectors.

Collabera
Vendor on the Microsoft account
Azure Cloud Support Engineer, Function Apps
- Owned new cases and escalations for enterprise customers and partners, handled to Microsoft SLAs.
- Acted as an internal customer advocate, escalating to management and keeping customers informed.
8/2018 – 6/2019
Deephaven Mortgage
Applications Developer
- Built the company intranet in C# and ASP.NET, and served as business analyst on the BRD and FSD documentation.
- Delivered a custom Encompass .NET plugin that calculates loan underwriting conditions to speed up closings.
- Built ETL and SFTP applications that moved data to third parties through their REST services.
11/2017 – 6/2018
Wells Fargo
Applications System Analyst
- Supported and fixed credit-reporting and dispute-resolution applications for Enterprise Risk Management in C#, VB.NET, and SQL stored procedures.

Things I’ve built
Select a project to open its details, or go to its project page.
WHAT IT DOES
AI-generated trade ideas wait for human approval before anything executes, and a paper-trading mode lets ideas run without real money.
HOW IT’S BUILT
React and Express, with the Claude API for analysis and Azure Table Storage for position tracking. A broker-agnostic adapter pattern keeps trading logic independent of any one broker, with market data from Alpaca, Polygon, and Alpha Vantage.
WHERE IT STANDS
In active development.

An escalation workflow with a human approval gate and automatic closure detection.
HOW IT’S BUILT
Copilot Studio for the agent and Logic Apps for orchestration.
WHERE IT STANDS
An internal tool, so this write-up stays at the pattern level.
Copilot StudioLogic AppsView project page →WHAT IT DOES
Parses a Logic App’s JSON definition and writes documentation covering its structure, triggers, and actions in the style of Microsoft’s own docs.
HOW IT’S BUILT
A .NET 8 Razor Pages app in C# that sends a Logic App’s JSON definition to the Claude API and generates the documentation.
WHERE IT STANDS
In development, and a 2025 hackathon entry.

06 · HACKATHONS
I like building under a deadline
Microsoft’s company-wide hackathon has been a yearly outlet for the tooling and agents I wished existed on the support floor.
2025
FlowScribe.AI and a support automation agent
Two entries: an AI documentation generator for Azure Logic Apps, and an internal agent that automates a support recovery workflow.
2023
AI skilling challenge entry
An AI-driven workflow automation for the support organization.
2022
Diagnostic tooling for support engineers
A diagnostic detector that lets engineers filter troubleshooting data by a single client request.
